The personal information we collect is solely for the purposes of course registration, user verification, payment, invoicing, and marketing directly from Broker Education. We use the information you provide about yourself when registering for a course to setup your account and facilitate payment. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to verify your continuing education credit with the sponsoring state.
We use return email addresses to answer email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
After registering within our website you may receive notices of updates to our courses, mortgage industry news, periodic e-newsletter as well as updates on new products and services. If you chose the information you submit on our website will not be used for these purposes if you advise us to remove you form our distribution list by sending us an email to help@brokereducation.net with subject text ‘remove’
We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

We reserve the right to make changes to our privacy policy at any time. Please review our web site and the Privacy Policy periodically as use of the site shall be deemed as your acceptance of all terms and conditions within the privacy policy.
